All of our staff are qualified in Youth work and have current up to date PVG background checks.
All Volunteers who operate in a youth work capacity are PVG checked and have attended introduction to youth work courses and child protection courses and are supervised by management.

Luke is a local business owner and has over 10 years experience as a Charity Trustee, he has released hip hop and rap albums and is a great communicator, speaking and rapping at events all over the UK. Luke Has a big heart and vision for young people in Dunfermline.

As well as Managing the Vine Conference Centre Tim; is also an international Trance DJ, recently performing in Atlanta and Holland. Tim has a global mindset and a great gift of Networking, if you need to meet someone he probably already knows them!

Alan has worked in Pilton and Granton (Edinburgh) for years as a CLD worker and has a great knowledge and first hand experience of informal education. His wealth of experience and creativity is massive and he has just released his first crime novel!

WE HAVE A 3 SPECIAL GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HELP US TO MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT PROJECTS WE RUN, STAFF WE HIRE, FEEDBACK ON OUR WORK AND BLUE SKY THINKING FOR THE FUTURE...AND WE EAT LOTS OF PIZZA WHILE WE DO IT! IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE ONE OF THESE GROUPS PLEASE ASK ROSS OR CAMMY.
